Definition
A concept is an abstract idea that serves as a foundation for more concrete principles and knowledge. The intersecting domains of content design, information architecture and performance analysis are full of ambiguous and unfamiliar concepts.
It helps to agree concepts and their definitions, to promote shared understanding among colleagues and stakeholders, and minimise ambiguity. This is why we’ve documented an A to Z of concepts in the content performance playbook.
